Thanh Nguyen

Founder, President and Chief Technology Officer

Thanh founded Jersey Microwave in 1995 and has since been a driving force behind the company’s innovation and growth. He is responsible for leading technology strategy and R&D and directing the design and development of all programs and products. Prior to JM, Thanh was a Senior Engineer at Anghel Laboratories where his original designs helped propel landmark projects and set company and industry benchmarks.

Thanh holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from NJIT.

Hao Hu

Chief Operating Officer

Hao joined Jersey Microwave in 2013 as Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction and overseeing proper execution of all business operations for the company. Prior to JM, Hao was a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group where he advised clients on business strategy, operational efficiencies and salesforce effectiveness.

Hao holds a bachelor's degree in material science and a master's in supply chain operations from MIT.

Tony Landaeta

Vice President, Business Development

Tony joined Jersey Microwave in 2002. He is responsible for business development and managing current and prospective clients. He partners with clients to establish needs, codify requirements and ensure in spec, on time and high quality delivery from JM. Tony has led many of the company's key wins such as the WIN-T, WGS and O3b programs.

With over 35 years of experience across multiple functions within the industry, Tony has a full understanding of the business from design through manufacture. Prior to JM, he worked on major commercial and defense programs for Anghel Laboratories, managing hundreds of reliable designs with thousands of units fielded.

Wayne Miller

Staff Scientist, Senior Systems Engineer

Wayne has been with Jersey Microwave since its founding in 1995. As Staff Scientist, he serves as a key advisor on product innovation and development. He collaborates with clients on system design and works with internal teams on system layout, control functions and design validation. Prior to JM, Wayne served as a consultant to a number of prominent engineering companies including Anghel Laboratories.

For the past 30 years, Wayne has been an authority within the RFMW community and is a frequent speaker at IEEE symposiums. He is the chief architect of many notable communications systems and holds various patents in areas of avionics, instrumentation and pneumatics.

Bill Hanright

Senior Mechanical Engineer

Bill joined Jersey Microwave in 2011 to oversee mechanical engineering and production. Prior to JM, Bill was Senior Mechanical Designer at Aeroflex where he formed, then led the Advanced Manufacturing and Equipment Group responsible for production and testing automation. He implemented new processes and procedures that helped improve quality, reduce costs and increase manufacturing capacity.

Bill has 35 years of experience in designing RF microelectronic components and systems across military, medical and consumer industries. He holds four US patents in microelectronic packaging.
