Jersey Microwave's Oscillators are used for a wide variety of communication needs. With several standard packages and approaches we can provide the right Oscillator to meet your requirement. These oscillators provide a single RF frequency output in the L, C, X, Ku or Ka frequency bands with output power of over +10 dBm. They feature small sizes, low phase noise, and high reliability. They can be phase-locked to an internal or external reference, or run free.

Phase Locked Oscillators

These oscillators can run off of an external reference allowing a number of units to lock together and run in parallel. They can also be locked to a high stability internal reference.

Dielectric Resonator Oscillator

The PLDRO is specifically designed for use in both analog and digital communication applications. The advantages of small size, low phase noise and efficiency offered by the fundamental of GaAs FET and BJT DRO when phase locked to an external source in the 50-200 MHz range.

These internal crystal oscillators can be locked to an external frequency standard for long term frequency stability without degradation of the overall noise performance.

Coaxial Resonator Oscillator

Coaxial Resonator Oscillators covering frequencies from 300 to 3000 MHz are specifically for the communication systems requiring high stability and low phase noise in a small package. Typical phase noise –120 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset.

Free Running Oscillators

Jersey Microwave’s Free Running Oscillators provide frequency stability and low noise in operations where there is no phase locking needed or available.

FR DRO
DS-013

Designed for use in both digital and analog equipment, DROs find application in commercial systems requiring high stability and low noise in an extremely small package, while operating in the 1 18 GHz range.
