DS-003
These line driver amplifiers, operating in C-Band, X-Band and Ku Band, can offer 15dBm or 20dBm output with gain option of up to 45dB. They features gain flatness less than 1dB and low VSWR <1.25:1. Amplifiers can be customized to specific requirements.

DS-005
This low noise amplifier series covers the frequency range from 1.2GHz to 14.5GHz, featuring high gain, good flatness, low noise figure, small size and low cost. Custom designs with alternative gain, noise figure, and VSWR for specific requirements are available.

DS-006
These logarithmic amplifiers, operating at 70MHz, 140MHz, and 400MHz, feature high dynamic range, low cost and high reliability. Options include customized center frequencies, alternative log slope, and custom package.

DS-008
The VHF/UHF Low Noise Amplifier operates over an extended bandwidth, providing high gain with a low noise figure. Specifications are also given for segments of the unit’s bandwidth that may be of interest.

DS-009
These GaAs FET power amplifiers are specially designed for wireless base station applications (PCS, CDMA, TDMA, GSM, WLL), point-to-point radios, and other communications systems, featuring high output power (up to 100W), high linearity and reliability, low cost.

DS-010
This pulse amplifier series covers the frequency range from 0.5 to 18GHz, one frequency at a time, handling pulse widths of up to 15 microseconds. Output Spurious and Harmonics are below –60 dBc and –25dBc, respectively.

DS-012
Jersey Microwave’s AGC-AMP Series of Automatic Gain Control Amplifiers cover a wide Dynamic Range of input power with a tight variation of output power. An optional “Gain Voltage Monitor” pin can be added if needed. These signal processing components are offered at standard IF frequencies and also for custom requirements.
